Yo.

So, I’ve done my part in the past to promote let’s plays. How could I not? I love the stuff. I spend, like, at least an hour watching them every day. As far as I’m concerned, let’s plays are an unexpected but excellent addition to internet culture.

Now it’s time for me to involve myself directly with that culture. After much procrastination, I’ve begun a let’s play of my own — a let’s play of the Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword.

I’m sure I no longer need to express my undying love of the Zelda series, so I’ll skip to the crucial details. I’ve never played Skyward Sword. As a matter of fact, I’ve been “saving” myself for it — I always intended my first impressions of the game to be recorded. In other words, this let’s play is blind.

I’m pretty stoked about this, and I hope to play more games after this one. I might speak at length about this let’s play business in a future post, but in the meantime, thanks for reading and watching.
